At the outset we would like to introduce ourselves as the manufacturers of Solenoid valves, Pneumatic systems and equipments. We have established ourselves as quality manufacturers in the market.

We have catered to almost every sector of the industry from water treatment plants to nuclear power plants, from Domestic water purifiers to thermal power plants, from welding industry to Packaging Industry, from Refrigeration Industry to Boiler industry to name the few.


Ability to design and develop the product to suit the precise customers requirement is our asset. Hence we have a host of such typical off-beat special products readily available with us together with the normal standard range of Pneumatic products & Solenoid Valves.

Our factory is built-up on the plot area of 21000 sq. feet.
We set up our unit in 1989 at the industrially backward area of Ratnagiri district at Mirjole M.I.D.C. Ratnagiri. After Nineteen years of time & the infrastructural development like Kokan Railway, now we have a well-trained enthusiastic work force successfully running the organisation.

Along with the recognition from the industry, we have also got the government recognition. We got the award from Maharashtra government for the remarkable work done in the small scale sector in Ratnagiri district for the year 2000.

At Patcon apart from the standard production of mechanical components / parts, we also manufacture / carry out the processes like deep-drawing of sheet metal for solenoid housings of different types & moulding of engineering plastics in house. This reduces the external dependency & increases the quality of our products.

The factory consists of three units one for production (accommodates store also). One for R&D and assembly section. One consisting of design office & office block.

We have designed and developed many Pneumatic Systems for automation particularly for the use in Domestic LPG Cylinder Bottling Plant such as Auto Heat Sealing System, Pre-filling System, CVT System & many more.

We have also developed number of pneumatic elements & instruments required for the above Industry like Pneumatic LPG Filling Head, Compact Valve Tester, CVT Verifier etc.
